Goal
To create a visual and narrative experience that simplified complex HR information through storytelling, illustrations, and user-friendly UI design. The project followed a structured process involving research, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and UI design. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I developed a creative script and designed all the visual elements, from icons and illustrations to interface components, ensuring clarity, consistency, and emotional engagement.
The final result was an innovative AI-driven animation that elevated internal communication and set a new creative benchmark for HR initiatives within Ericsson LATAM. This project strengthened my experience at the intersection of design, storytelling, and emerging technologies, blending visual creativity with functional purpose.
